Public Merchant Bank Berhad ("PMBB"), on behalf of the Board of Directors of HRB ("Board"), wishes to announce that the Company has written to the SC for the withdrawal of the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants pending the finalisation of certain financial information. The Board would decide on the next course of action after considering the best interest of the Company.
