Kamarudin Bin Md. Derom is Haisan's Executive Chairman. In 1995, he co-founded a bonded warehousing company together with Haisan to provide bonded warehousing facilities. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of Wisconsin, USA. With more than 20 years of corporate experience gained in MNCs and public listed companies, Kamarudin focuses on steering the Haisan Group by actively overseeing its business development.

Ong Chin Yet is Haisan's Managing Director. He is responsible for Haisan's expansion, including its diversification into other industries like temperature-controlled logistics, bonded and non-bonded warehousing facilities. Upon graduation with a degree in Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Accounting & Data Processing from Leeds University, UK, in 1984, he joined Haisan and was initially responsible for its financial and administration duties, after which he extended his responsibilities into operations particularly in refrigeration engineering.
